Henry Wilkins is an artist designer based in East London. He specialises in making interesting and intriguing objects, using light in creative ways and experimenting with negative space. His influences and inspirations range from Naum Gabo and Le Corbusier to Josef Albers and Alexander Calder. Henry specialises in making lighting, sculptures and 3D artwork.
Henry has had commercial success as a product designer, creating contemporary lighting products commercially for companies including Heal's and Purves and Purves. He has exhibited various projects internationally including at the Milan and Cologne furniture fairs.
Henry has an MA and BA in Furniture and Product Design from Buckinghamshire New University and teaches and lectures on product design, art and architecture in London.
